Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job rotation, work conflict, locus of control and employee performance. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The object of research is all employees who work at PT. Indonesian Transportation Solutions. This research was conducted on 65 respondents. The approach used in this research is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS analysis tool. The results showed that job rotation had a significant positive effect on performance, work conflict had a significant negative effect on employee performance and locus of control had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: work rotation, work conflict, locus of control, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh rotasi kerja, konflik kerja, locus of control dan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah semua karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Solusi Transportasi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 65 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat analisis Structural Equation Model (SEM) Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rotasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan locus of control berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
