Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture,career development and work discipline on job satisfaction in SukuDinasSumberDaya Air West Jakarta Mayor Office. Population in this research is 50 people. The sample used is 50 respondents. The sampling method uses total sampling . The instruments is questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Career development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline no effect on job satisfaction. Keyword: Organizational Culture, Career Development, work discipline, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, pengembangan karir dan disipilin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Suku Dinas Sumber Daya Air Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 karyawan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 50 responden. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi, pengembangan karir, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja
