Abstract
This research was to know to influence organizational commitment, discipline, work And organizational culture on performance of employees. The object of this research is the Employee working in pt. Hood Digital Asia (Urbanstory) located on the Street East In Wijaya 1 2 12160-Kramat Pela Kebayoran Baru Jakarta. This research was conducted towards the 40 respondents using causal research design. Analytical techniques used for this test is descriptive analysis and test instrument in the form of Test validation and Reliability Testing software with smartPLS (Partial Least Square) version 3.0. the results of this research show that the positive effect of work Discipline against the performance of employees, and the culture of the Organization a positive effect on performance, while Employees for organizational commitment have no effect on performance of positive Employees at PT. Hood Digital Asia (Urbanstory). Keywords: Organsasi Commitment, Work Discipline, culture Organsasi, Employe Performance, smartPLS (Partial Least Square) Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Objek Penelitian Ini Adalah Karyawan Yang Bekerja Di PT. Hood Digital Asia (Urbanstory) yang terletak di Jalan Wijaya Timur Dalam 1 2 12160 Kebayoran Baru - Kramat Pela Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden dengan menggunakan design penelitian kausal. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji instrumen dalam bentuk Uji Validasi dan Uji Realibilitas dengan software smartPLS(Partial Least Square) Versi 3.0. hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, dan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan untuk Komitmen Organisasi tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Hood Digital Asia (Urbanstory). Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organsasi, Disiplin Kerja, Budaya Organsasi, Kinerja Karyawan, smartPLS(Partial Least Square).
