Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Astra International Daihatsu Pangeran Jayakarta Branch. The object of this research is employees of PT. Astra International Pangeran Jayakarta Branch. This research was conducted on 103 respondents, based on the responses of respondents conducted validity test, normality test, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and multiple linear. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of leadership, work motivation, and work environment influence the performance of employees at PT. PT. Astra International Daihatsu Pangeran Jayakarta Branch. Keywords: Leadership, Work Motivation, Work Environment, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astra Internasional Daihatsu Cabang Pangeran Jayakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Astra Internasional Cabang Pangeran Jayakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 103 orang responden, berdasarkan tanggapan responden dilakukan uji validitas, uji normalitas, multikolineritas, heteroskedastisitas dan linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astra Internasional Daihatsu Cabang Pangeran Jayakarta. Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan
