Abstract
This study aims to analyze the comparison, job satisfaction and loyalty to the performance of employees of Generation Y. Sampling using a purposive method while the sample taken is a saturated sample of 45 Generation Y employees at PT. Outsourcing Indonesia. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This research proves a positive and significant comparison to the performance of employees of Generation Y. Positive and significant job satisfaction on the performance of employees of Generation Y. Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Generasi Y. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Loyalty, Employee Performance, Generation Y Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Y. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode purposive dimana sampel yang diambil yaitu sampel jenuh sebanyak 45 karyawan Generasi Y di PT. Outsource Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Y. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Y. Loyalitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Generasi Y.
