Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, workload and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The object of this research is the employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive method. This research was conducted on 160 respondents. Data was collected directly from respondents using research instruments in the form of questionnaires and technical data analysis using PLS Version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style variable has no effect and is negative, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) states a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk DKI Jakarta. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk DKI Jakarta Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, beban kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 160 responden. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuisioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan software PLS Versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh dan negatif, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta organizational citizenship behavior (ocb) menyatakan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk DKI Jakarta.
