Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING TO EVALUATE, ENGINEERING, AND IMPROVE ON TIME DELIVERY OF CAR XENIA AVANZA MACHINES, This research is descriptive, namely research that describes objects related to general decision making. The population in this study is a manufacturing industry manufacturing company found in PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 Sunter North Jakarta in the form of direct interviews with the related supervisor shop. Before any improvements to make car hoods need 5 process areas, after repairs only enough to use or involve 2 process areas. So that the prolonged flow and monitoring of the process of making car hoods are far more conditioned. The problems that researchers faced at PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 of Sunter North Jakarta were in the form of delay in the process of the xeniaavanza car hood, and from the improvement of the old production process to the new business process that researchers proposed using the Critical Path Method (CPM) method can be said to be successful and can achieve on time delivery. This can be seen from the results before using the CPM method, which experienced a 2-day addition (delay) so that PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 Sunter North Jakarta experienced additional costs, and decreased customer satisfaction but after using the CPM method and formed a new process business produced products that on time delivery so as to save costs, time and increase customer satisfaction. Keywords: BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING TO EVALUATE, ENGINEERING, AND FIXING ON XEIA AVANZA CAR TIME DELIVERY MACHINE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa BUSINESS PROCESS REENGINEERING UNTUK MENGEVALUASI, MEREKAYASA, DAN MEMPERBAIKI ON TIME DELIVERY KAP MESIN MOBIL XENIA AVANZA, Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan obyek-obyek yang berhubungan untuk pengambilan keputusan yang bersifat umum. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri Manufaktur yang terdapat di PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 Sunter Jakarta Utara dalam bentuk wawancara langsung dengan supervisor shop yang berkaitan. Sebelum adanya perbaikan untuk membuat kap mesin mobil membutuhkan 5 area proses, setelah adanya perbaikan hanya cukup menggunakan atau melibatkan 2 area proses. Sehingga alur tidak berkepanjangan dan pemantauan terhadap proses pembuatan kap mesin mobil jauh lebih terkondisikan. Permasalahan yang peneliti hadapi di PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 Sunter Jakarta Utara yaitu berupa adanya delay pada proses kap mesin mobil xenia-avanza, dan dari perbaikan proses produksi lama ke bisnis proses baru yang peneliti ajukan dengan menggunakan metode Business Process Reengineering (BPR ) dapat dikatakan berhasil dan dapat mencapai on time delivery. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil sebelum menggunakan metode BPR yaitu mengalami 2 hari penambahan ( delay ) sehingga PT Astra Daihatsu Motor Assembly Plant 4 Sunter Jakarta Utara mengalami penambahan biaya, serta kepuasan pelanggan yang menurun namun setelah menggunakan metode BPR dan terbentuk bisnis proses baru menghasilkan produk yang on time delivery sehingga dapat menghemat biaya, waktu serta kepuasan pelanggan meningkat.
