Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention on Company Reputation with Organizational Commitment as an Intervening variable. In this study the research design used was a causal research design with quantitative emphasis. The population used is 100 employees of PT. Cosmeticindo Slimming Utama with saturated sample method. The analysis method used is the analysis model using PLS Version 3. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (2) Turnover Intention has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment, (3) Job Satisfaction influences positive and significant impact on Company Reputation, (4) Turnover Intention has no significant effect on Company Reputation, (5) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on Company Reputation, (6) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Company Reputation with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable , and (7) Turnover Intention has no significant effect on Company Reputation with Organizational Commitment as an intervening variable. Keyword: Company Reputation, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja dan Turnover Intention terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel Intervening. Dalam penelitian ini desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal dengan penekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 100 karyawan PT. Cosmeticindo Slimming Utama dengan metode sampel jenuh. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model analisis menggunakan PLS Versi 3. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (2) Turnover Intention tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasi, (3) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan, (4) Turnover Intention tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan, (5) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan, (6) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening, dan (7) Turnover Intention tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Reputasi Perusahaan dengan Komitmen Organisasi sebagai variabel intervening.
