Abstract
This study was to analyze the effect of transformasional leadership, work stress and organizational commitment on performace of SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah teachers. The object of this research is the teacher who works at SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. This research was conducted on 30 respondents using a quantitative approach. Determination of sample siza using a saturated sampel techniquethat is talking the entire population. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. This research proves that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance. Democratic leadership has a positive and significant impact on Performance. Keywords:Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment, Democratic leadership, Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan demokratis terhadap kinerja guru SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja pada SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kepemimpinan demokratis berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
