Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work environment, and compensation for performance on employees of PT Holantama Multisari. The population in this study were 72 employees who worked in the sales and operational division. The sample in this study is the entire population of employees of PT Holantama Multisari. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SEM-based component or variance wherein the data processing uses the PLS version 3.0 Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that leadership, work environment, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Environment, Compensation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pada karyawan PT Holantama Multisari. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 72 karyawan yang bekerja di divisi sales dan operasional. Sampel dalam penelitian adalah seluruh populasi karyawan PT Holantama Multisari. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah SEM berbasis component atau variance dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
