Abstract
The purpose of this research is were to examine the relationship between Competitive Attitude and Learning Agility in PT IFT Jakarta employees. The number of respondents were 101 respondents with minimum levels ranging from staff to top management. The instruments of this research use measurement tools which adapted and modified with 37 items for Learning Agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.924 and for Competitive Attitudes (Newby & Klein, 2014)30 items with Cronbach’s Alpha 0.940. Data analysis uses mean, standard deviation, and correlation techniques Spearman Rank. The result showed that a positive and significant relation between Competitive Attitude and Learning Agility (r = 0.478 p = 0,000) It means that the higher the Competitive Attitude an employee has, the higher his Learning Agility. Keywords: Competitive Attitude, Learning agility, Employees Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Competitive Attitude dan Learning Agility pada karyawan PT IFT Jakarta. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 101 responden dengan memiliki kriteria level jabatan dari mulai dari Staff sampai dengan Top Management. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur hasil dari adaptasi dan modifikasi dengan total item 37 item untuk Learning Agility (De Meuse, 2015) dengan Alpha Cronbach's 0.924 dan 30 item untuk Competitive Attitude( Newby & Klein, 2014)dengan Alpha Cronbach's 0.940. Analisis data menggunakan nilai rata-rata (mean), standar deviasi, dan teknik korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara Competitive Attitude dengan Learning Agility (r= 0,478 p = 0,000). Artinya semakin tinggi Competitive Attitude yang dimiliki karyawan, maka semakin tinggi Learning Agility pada dirinya. Kata Kunci: Competitive Attitude, Learning Agility, Karyawan
