Abstract
In line with organization increased and complicated, thus the competition among instances or companies raised to be more complicated. With that case, the companies argue to have high competence and commitment of employees in order to reach the organizational goals with technology based. Based on the case above we can conclude the problem formulation as following: Does the competence have an effect on the performance. Does the commitment have an effect on the performance. Do the competence and commitment both simultanously have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. (Persero) Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia General Branch Tangerang. In this research, the researcher uses quantitative method for data analysis method and uses fold linear regression for the data analysis tool. The result of the research denotes that competence and commitment have an effect on the performance of employees at PT. Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia General Branch Tangerang. So the performance will be obtained effectively by increasing the competence and commitment.Sejalan dengan bertambah besar dan kompleksnya organisasi, maka persaingan antar instansi atau perusahaan semakin kompleks. Dengan adanya persaingan tersebut setiap instansi atau perusahaan mengharapkan karyawan yang memiliki kompetensi dan komitmen yang tinggi supaya tujuan organisasi tercapai serta menggunakan teknologi. Berdasarkan uraian tersebut maka dapat kami simpulkan perumusanan masalah yang ada pada kasus yaitu :Apakah ada pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan, Apakah ada pengaruh Komitmen terhadap kinerja dan Apakah ada pengaruh Kompetensi dan Komitmen berpengaruh bersama – sama terhadap kinerja di PT. (Persero) Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia KCU Tangerang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Alat analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan model regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian kompetensi dan komitmen sangat berpengaruh terhadap karyawan di PT. Asuransi Kesehatan Indonesia KCU Tangerang. Dengan meningkatkan kompetensi dan komitmen maka kinerja akan tercapai dengan baik.
