Abstract
The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of organization culture and working environment to the employee’s satisfaction of PT. Antam, Tbk. Unit Geomin employments . The research use the approach of survey method and than analyzed using regression partial and stimulant. Result of analysis that doing in this research find that in partially has significant effect of organization culture and working environment to the employee’s satisfaction of PT. Antam, Tbk. Unit Geomin employments. Such with in simultaneously also find significant effect of organization culture and working environment to the employee’s satisfaction of PT. Antam, Tbk. Unit Geomin employments. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Working Environments, Employee’s Satisfaction. Studi tentang pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai PT. Antam, Tbk. Unit Geomin, dengan menggunakan metode survey dan analisis regesi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikam secara parsial maupun simultan antara budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada pegawai PT. Antam, Tbk. Unit Geomin. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja.
