Abstract
Description of Teacher's Attitudes towards Bullying in Depok City Andi, Karisma Riskinanti Universitas Mercu Buana Jl. Raya Kranggan Jati Sampurna NO.6 Bekasi ABSTRACT This study aims to describe how the teacher's attitude towards bullying in Depok City. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach in the city of Depok. With the sampling technique during the trial try snowball sampling and in research with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents. The measurement in this study uses the Teacher Attitude scale towards Bullying with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905. The data analysis technique uses comparative test and regression test. The results of this study indicate how teachers' attitudes towards bullying tend to be neutral but also found to be positive. The most agrred form of bullying agreed upon by teachers is the form of challenge and relational. The attitude aspect which has the most dominant contribution to predict the teacher's attitude towards bullying is the affective aspect. Raya Kranggan Jati Sampurna No.6 Bekasi ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan employee engagement dan turnover intention karyawan PT. Nipress, Tbk. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT. Nipress,Tbk. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 58 responden yang merupakan seluruh populasi dari karyawan di PT. Nipress, Tbk. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala employee engagement dengan nilai cronbach alpha 0.903, skala turnover intention dengan nilai cronbach alpha 0.835. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji kolmogorov smirnov, uji korelasi pearson, uji T-test dan uji Oneway ANOVA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan korelasi negatif antara employee engagement dan turnover intention sebesar -0.477 Kata Kunci: Employee Engagement, Turnover Intention
