Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, and job rotation on the performance of State Senior High School teachers in the District 1 Education Office of South Jakarta Administration. The method used in this research is quantitative method with descriptive research type. The population in this study were civil servant teachers at State Senior High Schools in the District 1 Education Office of South Jakarta Administration in Pesanggrahan sub-district, totaling 196 teachers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 132 respondents obtained using the Slovin formula. The method of data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using google form. The analysis technique used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of the Smart PLS version 3.3.3 program. The results showed that exogenous variables consisting of leadership and rotation had a positive and significant influence on the endogenous variable, namely teacher performance. Meanwhile, the exogenous organizational culture variable does not have a significant relationship to teacher performance. Based on the results of this study, the authors suggest to the Regional Education Office of South Jakarta City Administration to continue the rotation program, both head rotation and teacher rotation because in this study it was proven that the rotation variable was the most influential variable in improving teacher performance. Keywords: Leadership, Organizational Culture, Job Rotation, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan rotasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah 1 Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru PNS di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Suku Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah 1 Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan di kecamatan Pesanggrahan yang berjumlah 196 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 132 responden diperoleh menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring dengan menggunakan google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program Smart PLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel eksogen yang terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan rotasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel endogen yaitu kinerja guru. Sedangkan untuk variabel eksogen budaya organisasi tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka penulis menyarankan kepada Dinas Pendidikan Wilayah 1 Kota Administrasi Jakarta Selatan untuk melanjutkan program rotasi baik itu rotasi kepala maupun rotasi guru karena dalam penelitian ini terbukti bahwa variabel rotasi merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru.
