Abstract

This study aims to determine the influences of organizational cultural, work environment and work stress on nurse job satisfaction at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. This research design used a descriptive and quantitative approach. The population in this study are 171 nurses at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. This research uses the slovin formula in determining the sample. Sample in this study were 120 nurses at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to obtain the required data. Data testing techniques include instrument test and classical assumption test. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis, and interdimensional correlation analysis with the help of SPSS version 23.0 for Windows. The results showed that of organizational cultural, work environment and work stress have a significant positive effect simultaneously on nurse job satisfaction at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Organizational cultural has a significant and positive effect on nurse job satisfaction at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Work environment has a significant and positive effect on nurse job satisfaction at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Work stress has no effect on nurse job satisfaction at RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Further research is suggested to add other variables that affect job satisfaction that has not been used, such as compensation, work promotion and leadership with different research objects. Keywords: Organizational cultural, work environment, work stress, job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 171 perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin dalam menentukan sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 Orang perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data yang dibutuhkan. Teknik pengujian data meliputi uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, dan analisis korelasi antar dimensi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 23.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di RS An-Nisa Tangerang. Penelitian lebih lanjut disarankan untuk menambahkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yang belum digunakan, seperti kompensasi, promosi kerja dan kepemimpinan dengan objek penelitian yang berbeda.
