Abstract
Full slab precast is one of the alternative new construction methods in the development of bridge slab technology as applied to the construction of pile slab bridges in the Project Relocation of Surabaya Gempol Toll Road Segment Porong Gempol Package 1. According to Wulfram I. Ervianto (2006:79), erection activity is one of the key success factors in the application of precast concrete technology. Therefore, efforts should be made to maximize the productivity of the full slab precast erection work in order to achieve more efficient use of resources and make construction activities more predictable going forward. Based on the results of interviews with supervisor in the field it was found that the completion of the full slab precast erection operation was 3 spans per day with average working hours are 8 hours / day. So, this study aims to learn more about work productivity and the optimal combination of total resources in erection full slab precast work using WebCyclone simulation. The research methodology is done by identifying the work tasks, duration, and resource requirements of each job through interviews and documentation from the supervisor in the field and then organized into cyclone model and running the analysis used WebCyclone based on the modeling that has been made. Then an analysis with several combinations of total resources is carried out to get the optimal combination of total resources. Based on work productivity analysis using WebCyclone simulation with the combi�nation of normal amount of resources: 2 truck trailer, 1 lifter, 1 full slab fabrication, 1 space available, 1 team Erection (1 Foreman + 2 Handyman) and 1 team Labour (2 labour) obtained that, the value of work productivity is 0,0068 units/minute or 0,408 units/hours or 3,264 units/day. These results are similar to real productivity in the field of 3 units/day with a difference only 0,264 units/day. Meanwhile, the percentage of productive time for each resource with a combination of normal resources based on the simulation result is full slab fabrication 61,62%; Truck Trailer 99,34%; Space Available 46,56%; Lifter 77,90%; Team Erection 51,25% and Team Labour 47,18%. After analysis of several combination of amount of resources with WebCyclone simulation, it is found that the combination of an efficient amount of resources to get optimal productivity is 1 full slab fabrication, 3 truck trailers, 1 space available, 1 lifter, 1 team erection and 1 team labour with the productivity value is 0,0084 units/minute or 0,504 units/hour or 4,032 units/day. The increase in productivity is 0,768 units/day and the required production/unit costs are Rp. 3.857.529. So there is a cost savings of Rp. 33.017 from the combination of normal amount of resources whose production cost/unit is Rp. 3.890.546.
