Abstract
This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of organizational communication climate and leadership style on employee performance in the Indosiar PSOA division. This study uses a survey method to explain the causal relationship between research variables with inferential statistical testing. The population in this study were employees of the Indosiar PSOA division of 50 people with census sampling techniques which meant that the samples taken were all populations. The study indicate that organizational communication climate variables have a significant effect on employee performance. While the leadership style variable did not significantly influence, but gave a positive contribution to the performance of the PSOA division employees. The results of this study indicate that the influence of organizational communication climate on employee performance is 76%, while leadership style affects performance by 28%. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence of organizational communication climate on employee performance in the Indosiar PSOA division. Keywords: organizational communication climate, leadership style, employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai di divisi PSOA Indosiar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan sebab akibat di antara variabel-variabel penelitian dengan pengujian statistik inferensial. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi PSOA Indosiar sebanyak 50 orang dengan tehnik sampling sensus yang berarti bahwa sample yang diambil adalah semua populasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variable iklim komunikasi organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan variable gaya kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan, namun memberikan komstribusi positif terhadap kinerja karyawan divisi PSOA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah sebesar 76%, sementara gaya kepemimpinan memengaruhi kinerja sebanyak 28%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh iklim komunikasi organisasi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi PSOA Indosiar.
