Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of satisfaction and training toward motivation and the implementation toward the Card Collection department at XYZ Company. The analysis method using quantitative method with explanative design. The population in this research are 212 Card Collection department employee at XYZ Company, with 138 employee for sampling (slovin method). For the data collecting the writer using a few instrument such as interview, questionnaire, and company primary sources. The writer spread the questionnaire by Likert Scale Measurement. The data analysis is using simple correlation analysis technique and multiple regression analysis with SmartPLS 3rd version for calculating application. There are two kinds of software for calculating application the first is Smart PLS 3.0. The inner model analysis has proof that satisfaction (X1) has significance influence toward Motivation (Y1) and Performance (Y2). Training has significance influence toward Motivation (Y1) but insignificance toward Performance (Y2). Motivation is mediating satisfaction (X1) and Training (X2), and has significance influence towards performance which is showed by R square performance test (Y2) with the result 0,932. Refers to inter dimension correlation analysis, the company must pay attention and improvement in Justice (X1,3) and Attitude (X2,3). Refers to inter dimension correlation analysis for Performance (Y2) the dimension which become priorities is Presence (Y2, 4). Keywords : Satisfaction , Training, Motivation, and Performance. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan dan pelatihan terhadap motivasi dan serta implementasinya terhadap kinerja PT. XYZ bagaian Card Collection. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksplanatif. Populasi 212 karyawan PT. XYZ bagian Card Collecton, dengan 138 responden (metode slovin). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument wawancara, kuesioner (daftar pertanyaan secara terstruktur) dan data primer perusahaan yang kemudian diolah oleh peneliti.Teknik penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan pengukuran skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana dan regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis) dengan bantuan SmartPLS versi 3. Software yang digunakan yaitu smart PLS versi 3.0. Analisis inner model mengungkapkan bahwa kepuasan (X1) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi (Y1) dan kinerja (Y2). Pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi (Y1) dan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y2). Motivasi benar memediasi kepuasan (X1) dan pelatihan (X2), motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja ditunjukkan oleh uji R square kinerja (Y2) yaitu 0.932. Merujuk kepada analisis korelasi antar dimensi pada dimensi perusahaan harus memperhatikan dan perbaikan pada dimensi keadilan (X1.3), dimensi sikap (X2.3). Merujuk kepada analisis korelasi antar dimensi untuk kinerja (Y2) dimensi yang menjadi prioritas adalah dimensi kehadiran (Y2.4). Kata Kunci : Kepuasan, Pelatihan, Motivasi dan Kinerja Karyawan.
