Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on organizational commitment on PT. Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk by using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data in the study were obtained from 105 respondents who were employees of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk. Data analysis in this study uses an alternative method of structural equation modeling (SEM), namely partial least square (PLS). The first step in this study was to test the validity of the questions of each of the following variables with their reliability. The second stage examines the relationship between work discipline, work motivation and work environment on organizational commitment. The results of this study stated that the variables of work discipline had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and work environment internal had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja internal terhadap komitmen organisasi pada PT. Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 105 responden yang merupakan karyawan PT. Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja internal terhadap komitmen organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi dan variabel lingkungan kerja internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
