Abstract
Promotion is a communication activity to carry out activities marketing. Social media is considered as one of the effective ways to distribute information. Along with the times, business people face a fairly severe challenge related to the problem of digital media management skills or unprofessional management. Peyek Ma'Ndut is a business located in Kedoya, West Jakarta. Peyek Ma'Ndut is a cottage industry made and produced by the owner. The owner only does offline promotions through neighbors neighbors or close relatives. This happens due to lack of understanding related to digital media. This final project aims to provide education training and mentoring for Ma'Ndut Peyek owners regarding how to manage digital media for promotion using Friedrichsen and Wolfgang's method of social media management, which divided into 4, namely: Define The Value Proposition. Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning,Operations and Delivery Process. As a result of this training and mentoring activity, Peyek Ma'Ndut has have social media Instagram, which previously was still promoting offline, now they are doing promotions online. Instagram Duck Ma'Ndut has 304 followers and 24 posts. Keywords : Digital Media Management, Instagram Social Media, UMKM Peyek Ma'Ndut. Peyek Ma’Ndut adalah industri rumahan yang dibuat dan diproduksi sendiri oleh pemiliknya. Pemilik hanya melakukan promosi secara offline melalui tetangga sekitar atau kerabat terdekat saja. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya pemahaman terkait media sosial Instagram. Tugas Akhir Peduli Negeri ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada para pemilik Peyek Ma’Ndut mengenai bagaimana cara menajemen media sosial Instagram untuk promosi dengan menggunakan metode Friedrichsen dan Wolfgang mengenai manajemen media sosial,yang dibagi menjadi 4, yaitu : Define The Value Proposition. Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning. Operations and Delivery Process. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini, Peyek Ma’Ndut sudah mempunyai media sosial Instagram sebagai media promosi, yang sebelumnya masih mempromosikan secara offline, sekarang sudah melakukan promosi secara online serta dapat mengelola Instagram dengan fitur-fitur yang tersedia seperti Instagram Ads dan mengunggah gambar beserta caption yang menarik.Akun Instagram @Peyekmandut_jakbar hingga saat ini memilik 304 followers dan 24 post.
