Abstract

Equalitarian Style of Communication is one of the most important aspects and fundamental that should be owned by the trainer (SIO). It is very useful to effective training. If Style of Communication SIO less qualified can affect the effectiveness of a training which will affect the members' saving interest. If the SIO has qualified style of communication skill, then the member will believe for saving money in Koperasi Kasih Indonesia, as otherwise if Style of Communication SIO less qualified and can’t fulfill the criteria of being a trainer, then it will affect members’ saving interest and leads to can’t reach one of goal of Koperasi Kasih Indonesia, it is to change members’ mindset how important is to have a savings. This research aims to know and explain the extent of the influence of equalitarian style of communication that owned SIO against the interest in saving of members. The type of research used by the researchers was correlational through quantitative methods approach with supported data collection method using a survey form of the dissemination of questionnaires to members who attend the seminar training event. The Research data was processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 24.00 using the formula Pearson's Product Moment. Based on the results of the regression test calculation, the researchers get results from the influence of equalitarian style of communication that owned by Koperasi Kasih Indonesia SIO on member interest in saving by 60.5%, and the remaining 39.5% were influenced by other variables outside of equalitarian style of communication, the results of hypothesis testing Calculate is 10,348> T table 1,994 and the significance value is 0,000 <0.05, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that SIO equalitarian style of communications (X) have a significant positive effect on member interest in saving (Y). The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant effect of SIO equalitarian style of communications on member interest in saving, equalitarian style of communication aspects in SIO is one of the most important keys to determining member interest in saving. Keywords : Equalitarian Style of Communication, Trainer, Interest in Saving, Member of Koperasi Gaya komunikasi equalitarian merupakan salah satu aspek penting dan mendasar yang harus dimiliki oleh trainer (Social Impact Officer (SIO)). Hal ini sangat berguna untuk efektifnya sebuah pelatihan. Gaya komunikasi yang kurang baik dapat mempengaruhi efektivitas sebuah pelatihan yang akan berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung anggota di Koperasi Kasih Indonesia. Jika SIO memiliki gaya komunikasi yang mumpuni, maka anggota akan merasa yakin untuk menabung di Koperasi Kasih Indonesia, begitupun sebaliknya jika gaya komunikasi SIO kurang mumpuni dan tidak dapat memenuhi kriteria sebagai trainer, maka akan mempengaruhi minat menabung anggota dan berujung pada tidak tercapainya salah satu tujuan dari adanya Koperasi Kasih Indonesia ini, yaitu untuk mengubah mindset para anggotanya betapa pentingnya memiliki tabungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan sejauh mana pengaruh dari gaya komunikasi equalitarian yang dimiliki SIO terhadap minat menabung. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah korelasional melalui pendekatan metode kuantitatif dengan didukung pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada anggota yang mengikuti acara pelatihan seminar. Data penelitian diolah menggunakan tools Microsoft Excel dan SPSS 24.00 dengan menggunakan rumus Pearson’s Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil penghitungan uji regresi, peneliti mendapatkan hasil dari pengaruh gaya komunikasi yang dimiliki oleh SIO Koperasi Kasih Indonesia terhadap minat menabung anggotanya sebesar 60.5 %, dan sisanya sebesar 39.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar dari gaya komunikasi equalitarian, hasil dari uji hipotesis Thitung sebesar 10.348 > Ttabel 1.994 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya komunikasi equalitarian SIO (X) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat menabung anggota (Y). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya komunikasi equalitarian yang dimiliki SIO terhadap minat menabung anggota, aspek gaya komunikasi equalitarian pada SIO menjadi salah satu kunci yang paling utama terhadap penentu minat menabung anggota.
