Abstract

The purpose of this research are to determine the effect of job stresson Turnover Intention, determine the effect of job satisfactionon Turnover Intention. This object for this research is employee of Telefundrising division at PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. Sample were taken 35 respondent.This research used quantitative approach. The research design that have been used is causal research. The data has been taken is questionnaire data that has been distributed to employee of Telefundrising division PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. The data analysis that used in this reseacrh is statistical analysis in a form of multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23.The result of this research shows that job stress variable positively and significantly effect on Turnover Intention,job satisfaction postitively and significantly effect on Turnover Intention PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. Keywords: Job Stress, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention 3 Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap Turnover Intention, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap Turnover Intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan divisi Telefundrising PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 35 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan kuesioner terhadap karyawan divisi Telefundrising PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan, variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan PT Karya Putra Surya Gemilang. Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Turnover Intention
