Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. APK merupakan perusahaan jasa di bidang instalasi jaringan internet yang meliputi pemasangan jaringan kabel fiber optick melalui tiang maupun jalur bawah tanah. Dalam setiap proses kerjanya memerlukan bahan – bahan seperti kabel, tiang, subduct dan lain – lain dalam proses instalasi jaringan internetnya. Sehingga memerlukan persediaan yang tepat guna menekan biaya persediaan bahan baku agar menghasilkan persediaan yang optimal. Metode Probabilistik Model Q digunakan guna mendapatkaan hasil yang optimal dalam mengelola persediaan yang efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengendalikan total biaya persediaan dengan metode Probabilistik Model Q di PT.APK dan untuk menentukan safety stock dan reorder point. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh jumlah pemesanan dengan menggunakan metode Probabilistik Model Q (q0) pada tiang kabel fiber optic sebesar 62 pole dengan pemesanan kembali/reorder point (r) sebesar 12 pole, dan cadangan pengaman (safety stock) sebesar 4 pole. TIC yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp Rp. 278.617.033 per tahun, sedangkan menurut kebijakan perusahaan TIC sebesar Rp. 296.010.000 per tahun, selisih sebesar Rp. 17.392.967 per tahun. Dengan demikian, menggunakan Metode Probabilistik Model Q dapat lebih menekan total biaya persediaan dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. APK is a service company in the field of internet network installation which includes the installation of fiber optic cable networks through poles and underground lines. In every process of its work, it requires materials such as cables, poles, subducts and others in its internet network installation process. So it requires the right inventory to reduce the cost of raw material inventory in order to produce optimal inventory. The Model Q Probabilistic Method is used to obtain optimal results in efficient inventory management. This study aims to control the total inventory costs with the Model Q Probabilistic method at PT. APK and to determine safety stock and reorder points. The results of this study obtained the number of orders using the Probabilistic Model Q (q0) method on the fiber optic cable pole of 62 pole with a reorder point (r) of 12 pole, and a safety stock of 4 pole. The TIC issued is Rp. 278,617,033 per year, whereas according to company policy TIC of Rp. 296,010,000 per year, a difference of Rp. 17,392,967 per year Thus, using the Probabilistic Method of Model Q can further reduce total inventory costs compared to company policy.
