Abstract
This research is to know the influence of leadership style, non-financial compensation, and work discipline on employee performance PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Alam Sutera Tangerang Branch Office. This research object is the employee who works at PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Alam Sutera Tangerang Branch Office. This research was conducted on 80 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore the analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that partial and simultaneous variables of leadership style, non-financial compensation, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk Alam Sutera Tangerang Branch Office. This is evidenced from the results of the simultaneous test (F test) and the partial test results (t test) also show the significant value of the three independent variables that support the hypothesis. Keywords: Leadership Style, Non-Financial Compensation, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi non finansial, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Kantor Cabang Alam Sutera Tangerang. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 80 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi liniear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel gaya kepemimpinan, kompensasi non finansial, dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. Kantor Cabang Alam SUtera tangerang. Hal ini dibuktikn dari hasil uji simultan (Uji F) dan hasil uji parsial (Uji t) juga menunjukkan nilai signifikansi dari tiga variabel bebas yang mendukung hipotesis. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi Non Finansial, Disiplin Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan
