Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of job satisfaction, work discipline and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted in PT. Telkom Indonesia. The object of this research is all employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia. This research was done to 50 respondents by using quantitative descriptive approach. Data processing is performed by analysis in the form Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results of this research shows that work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT. Telkom Indonesia. While job satisfaction has not significant effect on employee performance. Related, the job satisfaction received is low but the low job satisfaction does not have an impact on increasing employee performance. Job satisfaction, work discipline and compensation were agreed at 87,9%, while 12,1% are discussed by other variables not approved in this model and not explained in this study. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Work Discipline, Compensation, and Employee Performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Telkom Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Telkom Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh kar yawan PT. Telkom Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 orang responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja kar yawan PT. Telkom Indonesia. Sedangkan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Artinya, kepuasan kerja yang diterima adalah rendah namun rendahnya kepuasan kerja tersebut tidak berdampak pada meningkatnya kinerja karyawan. kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh sebesar 87%, sedangkan 12,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam model ini dan tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
