Abstract

ABSTRAK Judul: Analisis Efektivitas Layanan Angkutan Umum Mass Rapid Transit atau MRT Studi Kasus Lebak Bulus – Bundaran HI, Nama: Rizky Hidayatullah, NIM: 41118310094, Dosen Pembimbing: Ir. Muhammad Isradi, MT., IPM, 2020. Jakarta merupakan salah satu kota terbesar yang ada di Indonesia, letaknya yang menjadikan pusat bisnis dan pusat pemerintahan membuat Jakarta padat akan penduduk serta kendaraan. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi DKI Jakarta, jumlah penduduk Jakarta pada tahun 2017 mencapai 10,18 juta orang dan kepadatan penduduk 15.367 orang per km2. Dengan jumlah penduduk yang semakin bertambah membuat Jakarta semakin padat oleh kendaraan yang ada. Salah satu strategi pemerintah Jakarta guna mengurai masalah kemacetan yaitu dengan menerapkan Mass Rapid Transit sebagai transportasi massal. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) merupakan salah satu moda transportasi yang baru bagi masyarakat. Fase pertama yang dibuka yaitu rute Lebak Bulus-Bundaran HI, dengan waktu operasional yang cukup singkat perlu adanya evaluasi atas efektivitas pelayanan. Untuk analisis ini, penulis mengunnakan Standar Pelayanan Minimum sebagai acuan serta melakukan pengujian uji Validitas, uji Reliabilitas, uji Normalitas, uji Regresi Linier kemudian Importance Performance Analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS. Penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan jumlah penumpang MRT terbanyak yaitu pada bulan Juli 2019 dengan jumlah 2.888.126 penumpang. Pengujian Validitas atas faktor-faktor pelayanan mendapatkan nilai > 0.1654 sehingga data tersebut dinyatakan valid. Pengujian Reliabilitas mendapatkan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha > 0,60. Pengujian Normalitas mendapatkan nilai >0.05 atau berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan pada analisis Regresi linier yang dilakukan, didapat bahwa persentase atas kinerja pelayanan dan kepuasan yaitu 75.3%. Penilaian kinerja dan kepuasan oleh penumpang yaitu sangat baik dan sangat puas. Muhammad Isradi, MT., IPM, 2020. Jakarta is one of the largest cities in Indonesia, its location as business center and government center make Jakarta densely of people and vehicles. According to Badan Pusat Statistik DKI Jakarta, the population of Jakarta in 2017 reached 10.18 million people and the population density is 15,367 people per km2 . With a growing population, Jakarta is becoming more congested by existing vehicles. One of the Jakarta government's strategies to solve the problem of congestion is by implementing Mass Rapid Transit as mass transportation. Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) is one of the new modes of transportation for peoples. The first phase which opened is Lebak Bulus-Bundaran HI route, with a relatively short operational time, MRT needs to be evaluated of the effectiveness of service. For this analysis, the authors use the Minimum Service Standards as a reference then used validity test, reliability test, normality test, Linear Regression analysis and Importance Performance Analysis by using SPSS to analysis the data. This research distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents. The results from analysis and data processing is obtained that the highest number of MRT passengers in July with 2.888.126 of passenggers. The validity testing of service factors obtained the value more than 0,1654 and the data result is valid. The Reability test obtained the value Cronbach’s Alpha more than 0,60. The Normality test obtained the value more than 0,05 and the data results is normal. As for the analysis of linear regression conducted, it was obtained that the percentage of service performance and satisfaction was 75.3%. Performance and satisfication assessment by passengers are very good and very satisfied. Key words: MRT, Minimum Service Standars, Importance Perfomance Analysis.
