Abstract
ABSTRAK Maintenance atau pemeliharaan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang di lakukan untuk menjaga kondisi suatu barang agar dapat di gunakan sesuai kemampuannya sampai waktu yang telah di tentukan. Pemeliharaan atau maintenance merupakan suatu fungsi utama yang penting dalam suatu perusahaan. Suatu perencanaan dapat gagal apabila ada sebuah kerusakan pada perangkat atau komponen jaringan yang menyebabkan jaringan tidak dapat beroperasi. Maintenance atau perawatan yang baik adalah maintenance yang singkat sehingga downtime pada jaringan tidak terlalu lama. Downtime merupakan waktu dimana perangkat atau jaringan tidak dapat di gunakan kareda sedang di lakukan perawatan atau perbaikan. Kata kunci: maintenance, jaringan, downtime. ABSTRACT Maintenance or maintenance is an activity that is carried out to maintain the condition of an item so that it can be used according to its capabilities until the time specified. Maintenance or maintenance is an important main function in a company. A plan can fail if there is a damage to the device or network component that causes the network to be unable to operate. Good maintenance or maintenance is a short maintenance so that network downtime is not too long. Downtime is the time when the device or network cannot be used because it is being treated or repaired. Key words: maintenance, network, downtime
