Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of BSD's core celebrity fitness employees. The method used for this research is Probability Sampling (Simple Random Sampling). To conduct a validity test in this study the authors used statistical calculation tools produced by the SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 program and primary data used by giving questionnaires to 86 employees. The results showed that work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction showed a positive and significant impact on employee performance seen from hypothesis testing where work discipline had a t-statistic of 3,774, work motivation had a t-statistic of 2,829 and job satisfaction had a t-statistic of 2,294, this shows that work discipline, work motivation and good job satisfaction will improve the performance of BSD City Celebrity Fitness Teras Employees. Keywords: Work Discipline, Work Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan celebrity fitness teras kota BSD. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah Probability Sampling (Simple Random Sampling). Untuk melakukan uji validitas dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan alat bantu perhitungan statistik yang dihasilkan oleh program SEM PLS(Partial Least Square)3.0 dan data primer yang digunakan dengan memberikan bentuk kuesioner kepada 86 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja menunjukkan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dilihat dari pengujian hipotesis dimana disiplin kerja memiliki t-statistik sebesar 3.774, motivasi kerja memiliki t-statistik sebesar 2.829 dan kepusan kerja memiliki t-statistik sebesar 2.294, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja yang baik akan meningkatkan kinerja Karyawan Celebrity Fitness Teras Kota BSD.
