Abstract
This study aims to analyse the effect of competency, workload and career development on job discipline and its impact on employee performance. The population in this research is 115 employees of Badan Pertanahan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. the sample used is 89 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses simple random sampling. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This research proves that competency has a positive and significant effect on job discipline. Workload has a positive and significant effect on job discipline. Career development has a positive and significant effect on job discipline. Competency has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Workload has no significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job discipline has no sifnificant effect on employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, beban kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap disiplin kerja dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 115 karyawan Badan Pertanahan Nasional Wilayah Jakarta Barat. sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 89 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
