Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on turnover intention. The object of this research is the employees of PT MRY Consullting Indonesia. The population in this study was 50 respondents from PT MRY Consullting Indonesia. All populations sampled were 50 respondents using saturated sampling as a sampling technique. This research is a type of causal research. This research instrument using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study was the Smart PLS application version 3.0. This study proves that job satisfaction has no effect on turnover intention, while organizational commitment and work environment have a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions of PT MRY Consullting Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT MRY Consullting Indonesia. Populasi dalam penilitian ini 50 responden PT MRY Consullting Indonesia. Semua populasi dijadikan sampel adalah 50 responden dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh sebagai teknik penentuan sampelnya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penilitian kausal. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan aplikasi Smart PLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap turnover intention sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada pegawai PT MRY Consullting Indonesia.
