Abstract

ANALISA DAMPAK LALU LINTAS PADA PUSAT PERBELANJAAN YANG TELAH BEROPERASI DITINJAU DARI TARIKAN PERJALANAN (STUDI KASUS : CIBUBUR JUNCTION) Noni Elokladeseli, 41116320027 Program Teknik Sipil Universitas Mercubuana ABSTRAK Zona-zona aktivitas berkedudukan sebagai zona penarik perjalanan. Salah satu zona aktifitas tersebut adalah pusat perbelanjaan. Pusat perbelanjaan Cibubur Junction yang terletak di Jakarta memiliki intensitas kegiatan yang cukup tinggi. Interaksi yang terjadi antara penjual dan pembeli di pusat perbelanjaan tersebut akan menghasilkan pergerakan arus lalu lintas di sekitar pusat perbelanjaan yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan diantaranya terjadinya peningkatan volume lalu lintas pada ruas jalan yang berada di sekitar pusat perbelanjaan Cibubur Junction. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui berapa banyak tarikan yang terjadi pada Cibubur Junction, mencari kontribusi pembagian lalu lintas yang terjadi pada ruas jalan disekitar Cibubur Junction serta kapasitas jalan yang terbebani pengunjung Cibubur Junction. Tarikan perjalanan pengunjung Cibubur Junction, pada penelitian ini dilakukan metode survai dengan kuisioner untuk mengetahui variable yang mempengaruhi pengunjung. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara random secara proporsional untuk setiap pengunjung yang menggunakan moda tertentu untuk mencapai Cibubur Junction yang mewakili semua zona. Prediksi untuk 5 tahun kedepan akan terjadi peningkatan intensitas kegiatan di Cibubur Junction, sehingga pada tahu 2018 pusat perbelanjaan dengan luas bangunan 58.138 m2 tersebut mampu menarik sebanyak 8.46% dari ruas jalan Taman Bunga, serta menarik pengunjung sebanyak 6.533 orang per hari, pada 5 tahun kedepan Cibubur Junction akan menarik pengunjung sebesar 9.014 orang per hari. Kinerja ruas jalan sudah hampir mencapai batas atas aman ditunjukan dengan DS yang sudah mencapai 0.47 pada tahun 2018 dan DS akan bertambah menjadi 0.1 pada tahun 2023. The interaction that occurs between sellers and buyers in the shopping center will result in the movement of the traffic flow around the shopping center would cause problems including increased traffic volumes on roads streets around the shopping center Cibubur Junction. This research aims to find out how much pull happens at Cibubur Junction, looking for contributions to the Division of traffic happens on the roads around the Junction and Cibubur road capacity which weighed down visitors Cibubur Junction.
