Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Leadership Style and Work Environment on Employee Performance in North Jakarta Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya. This study uses quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all employees who actively worked at the North Jakarta KPP Madya, totaling 132 employees. The sampling technique in this study is to use the Slovin sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this study is a Component or Variance Based Structural Equation Model where data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 PLS program. The results showed that (1) Work Motivation had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Leadership Style had no significant effect on Employee Performance, and (4) Work Environment had a positive effect and significant to employee performance. Keyword: Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Work Discipline, Leadership Style, Work Environment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai (Studi Pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Madya Jakarta Utara). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang aktif bekerja pada KPP Madya Jakarta Utara yang berjumlah 132 pegawai. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan teknik Slovin sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Component atau Variance Based Structural Equation Model dimana dalam pengolahan datanya menggunakan program Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) versi 3.0 PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (2) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dan (4) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai.
