Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and workload on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Ministry of Communication and Informatics. The object of this research is the government employees non civil servants Agency of Research and Development of Human Resources on Ministry of Communication and informatics. The study sample consisted of 36 respondents with saturated sampling method. The sampling technique in this study was a questionnaire and the data sources used were primary data. The analysis of the data used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study showed that that emotional intelligence had a positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), while workload had a negative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Workload, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan beban erja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) staf Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah staf pegawai pemeritah non peawai negeri (PPNPN) Badan Penelitian dan Pengembangan SDM Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 36 responden dengan metode sampling jenuh. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), sedangkan beban kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
