Abstract
Organizational sustainability is an important strategy in improving the organization. It is not only providing economic benefits but also intellectual capital of knowledge for PD Dharma Jaya employees. Some facts in the company environment show that the company mostly thinks of a turnover in making a profit, and there is only a small effort in a company organization to obtain sustainability by increasing the intellectual capital of its employees with knowledge. This is because the sustainability of the organization is considered voluntary. Because we need research on the factors that affect the sustainability of an organization, the research objective is the effect of intellectual capital on organizational sustainability with employee knowledge management as an intervening variable in PD Dharma Jaya. The research method used is explanatory quantitative with SEMPLS. The sample in this study was 139 employees of PD Dharma Jaya. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling (census). The results show that human capital and structural capital, as well as relational capital, have a positive and significant effect on Knowledge Management. Human capital has a positive and significant effect on organizational sustainability. Structural capital and relational capital have a negative and significant effect on organizational sustainability. Knowledge Management mediates the influence of human capital on organizational sustainability. It has a positive and significant effect. Knowledge Management mediates the effect of structural capital on organizational sustainability. It has a negative and significant effect. Knowledge Management mediates the effect of relational capital on organizational sustainability. It has a positive and significant effect. Based on interdimensional correlation matrix analysis, to increase employee engagement, it is recommended to maintain and improve indicators: (1) maintaining good relationships with customers and prospective customers; (2) strengthening knowledge management among employees; (3) developing new ideas in collaboration; and (4) continuously improving hard skills and soft skills. Keywords: Human Capital, Structural Capital, Relational Capital, Knowledge Management, Organization Sustainability Keberlanjutan organisasi merupakan strategi penting dalam meningkatkan organisasi. Tidak hanya memberikan manfaat ekonomi tetapi juga modal intelektual pengetahuan bagi karyawan PD Dharma Jaya. Beberapa fakta di lingkungan perusahaan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan sebagian besar memikirkan omset dalam menghasilkan keuntungan, dan hanya ada sedikit upaya dalam organisasi perusahaan untuk memperoleh keberlanjutan dengan meningkatkan modal intelektual karyawannya dengan pengetahuan. Hal ini karena keberlangsungan organisasi dianggap bersifat sukarela. Karena diperlukan penelitian mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan suatu organisasi, maka tujuan penelitian adalah pengaruh modal intelektual terhadap keberlangsungan organisasi dengan manajemen pengetahuan karyawan sebagai variabel intervening di PD Dharma Jaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan SEM-PLS. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 139 karyawan PD Dharma Jaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital dan structural capital, serta relational capital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Management. Modal manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberlangsungan organisasi. Modal struktural dan modal relasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan organisasi. Manajemen Pengetahuan memediasi pengaruh modal manusia pada keberlanjutan organisasi. Ini memiliki efek positif dan signifikan. Manajemen Pengetahuan memediasi pengaruh modal struktural pada keberlanjutan organisasi. Ini memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan. Manajemen Pengetahuan memediasi pengaruh modal relasional pada keberlanjutan organisasi. Ini memiliki efek positif dan signifikan. Berdasarkan analisis matriks korelasi interdimensional, untuk meningkatkan employee engagement, disarankan untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan indikator: (1) menjaga hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan calon pelanggan; (2) penguatan knowledge management antar pegawai; (3) mengembangkan ide-ide baru dalam kolaborasi; dan (4) terus menerus meningkatkan hard skill dan soft skill.
