Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational cultur, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and training on employee performance at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Arjuna Branch. Technique of collecting data in form of questionnaire by using likert scale. The population of this research are employee of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Arjuna Branch to 35 employee and uses all the population as sample. The sampling method uses saturate sampling. Data analysis method using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart-PLS analysis tools. The results of this study show that leadership has no effect on employee performance. Organizational cultur has a positive and siginificant effect on teacher performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) has a positive and siginificant effect on teacher performance and training has a positive and siginificant effect on teacher performance Keywords: leadership, organizational cultur, Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), training and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Arjuna. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berbentuk kuisioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang Arjuna dan menggunakan semua populasi sebagai sampel yang berjumlah 35 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan analisis Smart-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan
