Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan non shift yang bekerja pada PT.Kati Kartika Murni (KKM) Cikarang-Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 112 responden. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Kompensasi (X2) tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of Workload and Compensation employee performance. The object of this research is non shift employees who work at PT.Kati Kartika Murni (KKM) Cikarang-Jawa Barat. This research was conducted on 112 respondents. The research design used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Workload (X1) shows positive and significant impact on Employee Performance (Y). Compensation (X2) has no significant positive effect on employee performance (Y). Keywords:Workload, Compensation, Employee Performance.
