Abstract
This research aims to measure the effect of work environment, workload and competence toward Account Representative performance in Kanwil DJP Jakarta Barat. This kind research is quantitative. The subject of samples in this research is 80 Account Representative in Kanwil DJP Jakarta Barat. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that the partial work environment, workload and competence has a significant influence on the performance of account representative. The test results showed simultaneous work environment, work load, and competence has a positive and significant influence on Account Representative performance. Keywords: work environment, work load, competence and performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Account Representative di Kanwil DJP Jakarta Barat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Subjek sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 Account Representative di Kanwil DJP Jakarta Barat. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan kerja, beban kerja dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja Account Representative. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara simultan lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, dan kompetensi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Account Representative Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja, beban kerja, kompetensi dan kinerja
