Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, work environment and work ability on the performance of employees of PT. United Tractors, Head Office in Marketing division. Population in this research is 160 employees of PT. United Tractors, Head Office in Marketing division. The Sample used is 115 employees, calculated based on Slovin formula. The sampling method uses convenience sampling. The Methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Statistical Product and Service Solutions. This study proves that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performanc. Working environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Working ability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT United Tractors Head Office Marketing division. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. United Tractors, Kantor Pusat di divisi Pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 160 karyawan PT. United Tractors, Kantor Pusat di divisi Pemasaran. Sampel yang dipergunakana adalah sebanyak 115 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan Slovin Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Statistical Product and Service Solutions. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap terhadap kinerja karyawan, kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja pada divisi Pemasaran Kantor Pusat PT United Tractors.
