Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Analysis of the Effects of E-Service Quality and Information Quality on Trust and Its Impact on Consumer Purchasing Decisions in Tokopedia (Study of Tokopedia Customers in Tangerang City) by measuring indicators that influence the variables of E-Service Quality, Information Quality, Trust and Consumer Purchasing Decisions. This research uses descriptive research design using survey methods. Sampling uses certain criteria where respondents have bought at least 1 time in Tokopedia as a sampling technique. This study discusses using the structural equation model (structural equation modeling) - Lisrel to discuss the significance of the overall model relationship and predetermined pathways. The findings show that the E-Service Quality variable is positive and significant towards Trust, the Quality of Information is positive and significant towards Trust, the E-Service Quality is positive and significant towards the Purchasing Decision, the Quality of Information is positive and significant towards the Purchase Decision and the Positive and significant Trust towards the Purchasing Decision. Keywords: Purchasing Decisions, E-Service Quality, Information Quality, Trust Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pengaruh e-service quality dan information quality terhadap trust serta dampaknya terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Tokopedia (studi pada pelanggan Tokopedia kota Tangerang) dengan mengukur indikator-indikator yang mempengaruhi variabel E-Service Quality, Information Quality, Trust dan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen. Penelitian ini menerapkan desain penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan kriteria tertentu dimana responden pernah berbelanja minimum 1 kali di di Tokopedia sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel. Penelitian ini diuji menggunakan pendekatan model persamaan struktural (structural equation modeling) – Lisrel untuk menguji pengaruh signifikansi dari keseluruhan model dan jalur yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa variabel E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, Information Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Trust, E-Service Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Information Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian serta Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian.
