Abstract
PT. XYZ in Cilegon City – Banten is one of the companies engaged in the salt processing industry in Indonesia. The development of this industry, in addition to having a positive impact on the economy also has the potential for negative impacts on the environment if not managed properly. This condition is inseparable from the production process which produces many defects and rejects. One way to reduce these negative impacts is to measure performance that is integrated with the environment (Green Supply Chain Management). The researcher uses the green SCOR model which refers to the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model of the Supply Chain Council to identify green supply chain management performance indicators. Then use AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) to determine the level of importance of green supply chain management performance indicators. There are six categories of processes used in measuring the performance of green supply chain management, namely plan, source, make, deliver, return and waste management, but research is focused on the make process that focuses on the salt production process. The results of the measurements show that the value of the performance of the green supply chain management of PT. XYZ in 2017 amounted to 75.4 and 2018 amounted to 72.3 is still below 80 even though it is nearing the target but is still being controlled and there are efforts to be improved. But when in 2019 it declined to 46.6 which shows far below the target and needs to be done immediately. As for the 17 performance indicators measured, there are 9 performance indicators that need to be improved, namely reusable material, the number of machine troubles, the number of process rejects, recycleable rejects, the amount of waste, the amount of product defects, recycleable defects, production costs and waste handling costs. XYZ di Kota Cilegon – Banten merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pengolahan garam di Indonesia. Berkembangnya industri ini, selain mempunyai dampak positif terhadap perekonomian juga mempunyai potensi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan apabila tidak dikelola dengan baik. Kondisi tersebut tidak lepas dari proses produksinya yang banyak menghasilkan defect dan reject. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi dampak negatif tersebut adalah dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja yang terintergrasi dengan lingkungan (Green Supply Chain Management). Peneliti menggunakan model green SCOR yang mengacu pada model SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) dari Supply Chain Council untuk mengidentifikasi indikator kinerja green supply chain management. Kemudian menggunakan AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) untuk menentukan tingkat kepentingan dari indikator kinerja green supply chain management. Terdapat enam kategori proses yang digunakan di dalam pengukuran kinerja green supply chain management yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, return dan waste management namun penelitian difokuskan pada pada proses make yang berfokus di proses produksi garam. Hasil dari pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa nilai kinerja green supply chain management PT. XYZ tahun 2017 sebesar 75.4 dan 2018 sebesar 72.3 masih di bawah 80 walaupun sudah mendekati target namun tetap dikontrol dan diupayakan ada perbaikan. Namun ketika tahun 2019 menurun menjadi 46.6 yang menunjukkan jauh di bawah target dan perlu dilakukan perbaikan dengan segera. Adapun dari 17 indikator kinerja yang diukur, terdapat 9 indikator kinerja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan yaitu reusable material, jumlah trouble mesin, jumlah reject proses, recycleable reject, jumlah limbah, jumlah defect produk, recycleable defect, biaya produksi dan biaya penanganan limbah.
