Abstract

SCADA is a device based on Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition that is used as a control technology system in the field of electricity automation and management. SCADA is very suitable for use in the world of airport, because of its functions that can help create flight security. Besides that, it can also simplify and shorten the technician's time to operate and analyze their electrical equipment so that they can maintain the reliability of the electricity supply at the airport.However, airports in the lower middle class (pioneer airports, regional airports, military airports, etc.) are constrained by the cost of realizing this system. So the author wants to design a SCADA system at an affordable cost, can be implemented directly and has good performance.Based on the results of the analysis and testing carried out in this design, it was found that the response time of the close control takes 0.32 seconds with a feedback time of 2.76 seconds. While the response time for open control takes as much as 0.24 seconds with the feedback time requiring as much as 2.9 seconds. For current and voltage readings the HMI is exactly the same as what is displayed on the power meter. And the cost of designing the Arduino RTU is cheaper than the RTU system used at SCADA at Soekarno-Hatta Airport.Keywords: SCADA, Arduino RTU, WinCC 7.4, FO to Ethernet Converter SCADA adalah perangkat-perangkat yang berbasis Supervisory Control And Data Acquisitionyang digunakan sebagai sistem teknologi pengendalian dalam bidang otomatisasi dan manajemen kelistrikan. SCADA sangat cocok digunakan dalam dunia kebandarudaraan, dikarenakan fungsi-fungsinya yang dapat membantu terciptanya keamanan penerbangan. Selain itu pula dapat mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu teknisi dalam mengoperasikan dan menganalisa peralatan listrik mereka sehingga dapat menjaga kehandalan supplai listrik di bandara tersebut. Namun di bandara kelas menengah ke bawah (bandara perintis, bandara regional, bandara militer, dan lain sebagainya) terkendala biaya untuk merealisasikan sistem ini. Sehingga penulis ingin merancang suatu sistemSCADA dengan biaya yang terjangkau, dapat diimplementasikan secara langsung dan mempunyai performa yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada perancangan ini, didapatkan untuk respon time kontrol close membutuhkan waktusebanyak 0,32 detik dengan waktu feedback nya 2,76 detik. Sedangkan untuk respon time kontrol open membutuhkan waktu sebanyak 0,24 detik dengan waktu feedback nya membuthkan waktu sebanyak 2,9 detik. Untuk pembacaan arus dan tegangan pada HMI sama persis dengan yang ditampilkan pada power meter. Dan biaya perancangan Arduino RTU ini lebih murah dibandingkan sistem RTU yang terpakai di SCADA Bandara Soekarno-Hatta.Kata Kunci : SCADA, Arduino RTU, WinCC 7.4, FO to Ethernet Converter
