Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Tourist Attraction, Travel Motivation and e-WOM on the Visit Decision and its implications on the Tourist Satisfaction in the tourism industry. The questionnaire was given to tourists who had visited one of the islands in the Thousand Islands, namely Untung Jawa Island, obtained 150 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The method of analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data was processed with SmartPLS 3.0. The result confirm that; the Tourist Attraction is positively and significantly affect Visit Decision and Tourist Satisfaction; Travel Motivation is positively and significantly affect Visit Decision and Tourist Satisfaction; e-WOM is positively and significantly affect Visit Decision and Tourist Satisfaction; and Visit Decision is positively and significantly effect to Satisfaction Tourists. e-WOM is the biggest significant variabel in influencing the Tourist Satisfaction. Tujuan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Daya Tarik Wisata, Motivasi Perjalanan dan e-WOM terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung dan implikasinya terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan di industri pariwisata. Kuesioner diberikan kepada wisatawan yang pernah mengunjungi salah satu pulau di Kepulauan Seribu, yakni Pulau Untung Jawa, diperoleh 150 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data diproses dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasilnya mengkonfirmasi bahwa; Daya Tarik Wisata berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung dan Kepuasan Wisatawan; Motivasi Perjalanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung dan Kepuasan Wisatawan; e-WOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung dan Kepuasan Wisatawan; Keputusan Berkunjung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan. e-WOM merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Wisatawan.
