Abstract

Perusahaan adalah organisasi yang didirikan oleh banyak orang guna menjadikan suatu produk dapat diselesaikan dengan baik, Untuk memaksimalkan pekerjaan dapat selesai tepat waktu dibutuhkan karyawan yang disiplin kerjanya baik. Salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh perusahaan adalah kepuasan kerja karyawan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan pegawai tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja (disiplin kerja) pegawai dan usulan perbaikan kerja yang dilakukan di hangar 4 non GA PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. Dari hasil uji diketahui bahwa keempat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yaitu psikologis, fisik, finansial dan sosial memiliki hubungan yang signifikan, untuk usulan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai digunakan metode 5W+1H dengan usulan penerapan konsep management by objectives (MBO). Kata kunci : Kepuasan kerja, kinerja pegawai, Hubungan, 5W+1H. The company is an organization that is established by many people to make a product can be solved properly, to maximize the work can be completed on time required employees who work well. One of the things to be considered by the company is the satisfaction of employees work that is expected to improve the discipline of the employees. This research aims to determine if there is a job satisfaction relationship to the performance (work discipline) officers and proposed work improvement conducted in the 4 non GA hangar PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. From the test results it is known that the four factors that affect the satisfaction of work namely psychological, physical, financial and social have a significant relationship, for proposals that can improve the performance of employees used the method of 5W + 1H with the proposed implementation of the concept of management by objectives (MBO).
