Abstract

The research aims to analyse : the influence of job satisfaction, commitment organization, and work stress to turnover intention : The research object is a sample used as many as 72 employees of PT. Visionet Data International tangerang city branch data center division, calculated based on the use of saturated samples. Method of collecting data using survey method, with research instrument is questionnaire. The characteristic analysis method of respondents uses the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and data analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS). Research proves that the job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, Commitment organization have positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and work stress has a significant and positive effect on turnover intention. Keywords : Job Satisfaction, Commitment Organization, Work Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis : pengaruh kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention : Objek penelitian ini adalah sampel yang dipergunakan sebanyak 72 karyawan PT. Visionet Data Internasional Cabang Kota Tangerang Divisi Data Center, dihitung berdasarkan menggunakan sample jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis karakteristik responden menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) dan metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Penelitian membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Stres Kerja, Turnover Intention
