Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling dengan perhitungan rumus slovin sehingga jumlah sampel sebanyak 89 responden karyawan PT.Link Net Tbk Tangerang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kata kunci: Stres Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to know the effect of job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling with the calculation of Slovin formula so that the number of samples was 89 respondents of PT. Link Net Tbk Tangerang employees. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. In this research the method of data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The results in this study indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
