Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beban kerja, stres kerja terhadap burnout dan turnover intention karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada divisi finance dan accounting di PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk dengan 50 sampel responden. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah Strukutral Equation Model ( SEM ) dengan alat analisis Smart – PLS 3.2.8. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout, beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tunrover intention, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, burnout berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Stres Kerja, Burnout, Turnover Intention. This study aims to examine the workload, work stress to burnout and the employees turnover intention. The research method used in this research is descriptive method, the object of this study is employees in the finance and accounting divisions at PT. Supra Boga Lestari, Tbk with 50 sample respondents. The approach taken in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart - PLS analysis tool 3.2.8. The results of this study indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on burnout, work stress has a positive and significant effect on burnout, workload has a positive and significant effect on Tunrover intention, work stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, burnout has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
