Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi dan Loyalitas Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Desain penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal. Skala pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pegawai PT. Dagsap Endura Eatore Kantor Pusat Jakarta Selatan dengan jumlah 70 karyawan. Dalam menentukan pengambilan sampel, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square 3.0. Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan (3) Loyalitas Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasan Kerja, Motivasi, Loyalitas Kerja This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Satisfaction, Motivation and Job Loyalty on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The research design used by researchers in this study is causal research. The measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. In this study the population is the employees of PT. Dagsap Endura Eatore South Jakarta Central Office with 70 employees. In determining sampling, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square 3.0. The results of this study indicate that (1) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and (3) Work Loyalty has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
