Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh deskripsi pekerjaan, kompensasi, dan work-life balance terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk yang berjumlah 66 responden. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 66 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa dekripsi pekerjaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karywan. Work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kata kunci: Deskripsi Pekerjaan, Kompensasi, Work-Life Balance, dan Loyalitas Karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of job description, compensation, and work-life balance towards employee loyalty. The object of this research is the employee of PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk located in Central Jakarta. The population in this study were employees of PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk totaling 66 respondents. The study sample was 67 respondents. The sampling method uses saturated samples. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire.The data analysis method using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The result of this study indicate that job description has a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty. Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on the employee loyalty. Keywords: Job Decsription, Compensation, Work-Life Balance, and Employee Loyalty.
