Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan subjek penelitian. Semua populasi masuk ke dalam subjek penelitian dengan jumlah 87 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Last Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan nilai path coefficient (β) budaya organisasi adalah sebesar 0,606 dan kepuasan kerja 0.305. Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study is the subject of research. All population included in the study subjects with a total of 87 people. The data collection method uses survey method, with a questionnaire research instrument. This research proves that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
